Not only do we need LED Christmas Lights on the trees or on the roof of a house, but the rails and decks as well! With putting up LED Christmas Lights on the rails and decks the house looks complete and ready for the Christmas season. Below, you will read and see images on how to properly install lights on rails and decks. So, without further ado, let’s get started.

Below, you will see that you will need to put extension chords on both left and right of the railings. This way, the lights will remain neat and look professional.

After you have placed your extension chords for both sides, you will now need to determine what end you are going to start with.

Now that the chords have been put in their correct places, you will then wind up the lights as you can see below. This helps with the wrapping of the railings and speeds up the process.

After preparing the chords you will now begin the wrapping process. I do every bannister, but it is up to your own discretion. Doing everyone makes it look professional.

After all of the LED Christmas Lights are installed, we then use a white extension chord to connect to power. Using a white extension chord keeps it looking professional.

The last step is to connect and there ya go! Ready for the Christmas season!

Now that you know how to install LED lights on railings, you can now do your own installment!
