One thing that I love about the Christmas holiday is decorating for it. I love getting all the decorations out, but one thing that is a pain are the lights that need detangled. There are a couple of solutions to help prevent the lights from getting tangled. A simple piece of cardboard will help if you want to wrap the lights around the cardboard. You can also use some plastic or a coat hanger to wrap the lights around as well.

Then wrap your lights around the cardboard roll, working your way up and down the length of it until you’ve run out of lights. Try and finish so that the lights finish at the same end of your vertical slit so that you can tuck the end in.”
